metro station good breakfast complimentary water non-working ac absent staff overflowing sheet
the hotel is near the metro station i found that very convenient. breakfast was good i saw a lot of options. the room had complimentary water and apples it was a nice touch.
the ac did not work in the room it was a problem. no one was at the desk downstairs when i looked for assistance. the sheet over flows on the bed.

broken air conditioning old pillow
the breakfast offered a good selection of items and tasted good.
The air conditioning in my room did not work at all. I reported it, but nothing was done. the room felt stuffy and uncomfortable as a result. also, the provided pillows were old and stained, lacking any real support or cleanliness.

The room was super clean and comfortable. It met all my expectations. I found the quality of the amenities and service excellent. This made it a great value for money! I would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a pleasant experience.
The AC didn't work in the room, and when I went downstairs to see if I could get a fan. No one was at the desk- the sheet over flows.
